Patients register themselves at the check-in kiosk by entering their date of birth or scanning a QR code or ID. Their presence is automatically recorded, and the patient is directed to the appropriate (waiting) area.

This means patients no longer need to go to the desk, and the assistant is less frequently disturbed during their tasks.

Patients can easily register at the kiosk by simply entering their date of birth or scanning a QR code/ID. Their presence is immediately recorded without the intervention of an employee or assistant. Patients receive instant confirmation that the registration was successful and are directed to the correct waiting area.

Reliable identification and maximum privacy through kiosks

Patients are recognized based on the entered date of birth. The patient does not have to say their name and date of birth out loud, enhancing privacy. Optionally, the kiosk can be equipped with a scanner for passports, ID cards and driver’s licenses, or a reader for Belgian e-IDs.

Integration with HIS and appointment systems

Together with our integration partners, connections have been established between the registration system and the most commonly used General Practitioner Information Systems (HIS), Dental Information Systems and appointment systems in healthcare.
